{"id":119730,"date":"2023-07-07T09:04:27","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T14:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/?p=119730"},"modified":"2023-07-07T09:04:31","modified_gmt":"2023-07-07T14:04:31","slug":"gobierno-trabaja-en-protocolo-de-atencion-en-salud-mental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/municipales\/gobierno-trabaja-en-protocolo-de-atencion-en-salud-mental\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno trabaja en protocolo de atenci\u00f3n en salud mental"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad.- Durante el cuarto encuentro entre autoridades municipales y representaci\u00f3n de c\u00f3nsules en esta cabecera municipal, la presidenta municipal Lili Campo asegur\u00f3 que ya se trabaja en el protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n para atender a visitantes o turistas con problemas de salud mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La edil dijo a los representantes de los c\u00f3nsules que Quintana Roo no cuenta con un centro psiqui\u00e1trico en el que alguna persona con problemas de salud mental pueda ser hospitalizado, aunado a que el familiar tiende a desatenderse del paciente y abandonarlo. \u201cEl protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n que estamos desarrollando, puede ser planteado este mes, de manera presencial o virtual, seg\u00fan lo m\u00e1s conveniente para los c\u00f3nsules\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abund\u00f3 que en Puerto Aventuras se cuenta con la Comunidad Terap\u00e9utica VIVE, pero la internaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de personas con problemas de salud mental. \u201cTuvimos el caso de una turista alemana con problemas de salud mental, muy agresiva, tuvo que ser atendida por una enfermera en un hotel\u201d ilustr\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n, el secretario de salud municipal Carlos Contreras se\u00f1al\u00f3 que dentro de este esquema hay dos situaciones que afectan a nivel mundial: el incremento de personas que recurren al suicidio, as\u00ed como el aumento de brotes de sicosis, esquizofrenia, psic\u00f3ticos, que generalmente son a consecuencia del consumo de alguna droga ilegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Solidaridad, el gobierno municipal, con el apoyo de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, tiene como principal facultad la promoci\u00f3n y la prevenci\u00f3n.
