{"id":141318,"date":"2025-07-02T09:14:54","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T14:14:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/?p=141318"},"modified":"2025-07-02T09:14:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T14:14:56","slug":"del-aifa-al-rancho-izaguirre-la-red-de-huachicol-que-une-a-sedena-teuchitlan-y-los-gigantes-petroleros-segun-investigacion-de-mcci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/editorial\/del-aifa-al-rancho-izaguirre-la-red-de-huachicol-que-une-a-sedena-teuchitlan-y-los-gigantes-petroleros-segun-investigacion-de-mcci\/","title":{"rendered":"Del AIFA al rancho Izaguirre: la red de huachicol que une a Sedena, Teuchitl\u00e1n y los gigantes petroleros, seg\u00fan investigaci\u00f3n de MCCI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Una investigaci\u00f3n de MCCI revela c\u00f3mo una red il\u00edcita que operaba desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe \u00c1ngeles (AIFA) hasta el Rancho Izaguirre, en Teuchitl\u00e1n (Jalisco), funcionaba con la complicidad de autoridades militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Principales hallazgos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desde\u00a0<strong>2019<\/strong>, documentos internos muestran que altos mandos de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) \u2014incluidos el exsecretario y actual titular\u2014 recibieron informes de inteligencia sobre actividades criminales y restos humanos en el Rancho Izaguirre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El lugar, controlado por el C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n (CJNG), oper\u00f3 como centro de adiestramiento, torturas e incluso exterminio, en un \u201cnarcocampo\u201d donde se reclutaba y asesinaba a personas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La ruta del huachicol<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La red utilizaba infraestructura del AIFA para el trasiego de combustibles, enlazando con empresas fachada y apoyos locales al CJNG, que gestionaban movimientos de hidrocarburos con documentaci\u00f3n ap\u00f3crifa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fallos institucionales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A pesar de los indicios desde 2019, Sedena y Guardia Nacional no intervinieron efectivamente; el il\u00edcito solo fue detenido hasta 2024, cuando se rescataron dos personas y se incautaron armas y veh\u00edculos.
