Nacional de Directores de Plantel \u201cInnovaci\u00f3n y Liderazgo\u201d, organizado por el Colegio Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n Profesional T\u00e9cnica (CONALEP), realizado los d\u00edas 10 y 11 de noviembre del a\u00f1o en curso de forma virtual, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la toma de protesta de la Academia Nacional de Directores de Plantel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte el director general del CONALEP, Enrique Ku Herrera realiz\u00f3 la toma de protesta a los integrantes de la Academia, reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso y el trabajo de los directores generales y de plantel, por lo cual resalt\u00f3: \u201cHoy es un d\u00eda hist\u00f3rico para el Colegio y para el destino de la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en M\u00e9xico, m\u00e1s de 350 l\u00edderes educativos estamos unidos para reflexionar y buscar soluciones concretas para una transformaci\u00f3n educativa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el evento, el director general del CONALEP del Estado de Quintana Roo, An\u00edbal Jos\u00e9 Montalvo P\u00e9rez tom\u00f3 protesta como Coordinador Nacional de la Academia de Directores del Sistema CONALEP 2020-2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n An\u00edbal Montalvo, coment\u00f3; \u201cEl liderazgo educativo que nos toca ejercer, es el m\u00e1s complejo que a cualquier funcionario le ha tocado en \u00faltimos diez a\u00f1os, no solo por la contingencia sanitaria si no por los otros retos como la inclusi\u00f3n, la reducci\u00f3n de las desigualdades sociales, los derechos humanos y la brecha digital\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor todo esto, el liderazgo educativo requiere un cambio profundo, y uno de los elementos indispensables para dicho cambio, es la comunicaci\u00f3n, siendo esta cumbre el eje fundamental para la transformaci\u00f3n directiva\u201d, los principios y orientaciones de la Nueva Escuela T\u00e9cnica
