Blanco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chetumal.- En el archivo Hist\u00f3rico del Poder Judicial del Estado de Quintana Roo existe un documento original de fecha&nbsp;<strong>31 de julio de 1905<\/strong>, cuyo contenido es una certificaci\u00f3n realizada por el Teniente Mayor de la Armada con atribuciones de Jefe de Finca del Sur y Prefecto pol\u00edtico,&nbsp;<strong>Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta diligencia de certificaci\u00f3n, Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco realiza funciones de fedatario p\u00fablico, al hacer constar que, en el libro especial abierto para asentar el registro de la propiedad de Payo Obispo, territorio de Quintana Roo, obra una acta realizada el d\u00eda 10 de abril de 1902, en la que existi\u00f3 la comparecencia de una ciudadana que acudi\u00f3 para dejar constancia por escrito de ser leg\u00edtima propietaria de una casa ubicada en Payo Obispo, y con ello, asegurar sus derechos futuros sobre la casa y terreno en cuesti\u00f3n, se dio a conocer en comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al final del documento se observa la firma aut\u00f3grafa de Oth\u00f3n P.
