{"id":86809,"date":"2021-01-16T11:53:10","date_gmt":"2021-01-16T16:53:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/?p=86809"},"modified":"2021-01-16T11:56:26","modified_gmt":"2021-01-16T16:56:26","slug":"desalojan-a-ministeriales-que-protestaban-desde-agosto-frente-a-la-fiscalia-general-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/estatales\/desalojan-a-ministeriales-que-protestaban-desde-agosto-frente-a-la-fiscalia-general-del-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"Desalojan a ministeriales que protestaban desde agosto frente a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CHETUMAL, MX.-<\/strong>&nbsp;A base de golpes y amenazas de muerte, fueron desalojados los agentes de investigaci\u00f3n y ministeriales que manten\u00edan, desde el a\u00f1o pasado, un plant\u00f3n frente a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado en demanda del cumplimiento de la homologaci\u00f3n salarial prometida, pero que tambi\u00e9n denunciaron irregularidades en el manejo presupuestal por parte del titular Oscar Montes de Oca Rosales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al inicio de la semana, los elementos se vieron en la necesidad de retirar el toldo que hab\u00edan colocado en uno de los cajones del estacionamiento exterior de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado hacia el camell\u00f3n. La Fiscal\u00eda coloc\u00f3 veh\u00edculos chatarra en los cajones para evitar que se colocar\u00e1n nuevamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elementos que fueron consultados confirmaron que sus compa\u00f1eros que se encontraban de guardia fueron amenazados de muerte para que se retiren y el personal al mando del Fiscal destrozaron el toldo donde se encontraban desde el lunes pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, anticiparon que continuar\u00e1n con su lucha ante los tribunales para que sean escuchados luego d e interponer amparos por el despido de varios de ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explicaron que el jueves por la madrugada llegaron varios elementos y destruyeron el toldo donde se encontraban y los amenazaron
