{"id":95636,"date":"2021-10-10T11:09:54","date_gmt":"2021-10-10T16:09:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/?p=95636"},"modified":"2021-10-10T11:09:56","modified_gmt":"2021-10-10T16:09:56","slug":"gobierno-municipal-brinda-certeza-juridica-en-cuanto-a-los-predios-a-traves-de-la-direccion-de-catastro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/municipales\/gobierno-municipal-brinda-certeza-juridica-en-cuanto-a-los-predios-a-traves-de-la-direccion-de-catastro\/","title":{"rendered":"GOBIERNO MUNICIPAL BRINDA CERTEZA JUR\u00cdDICA EN CUANTO A LOS PREDIOS A TRAV\u00c9S DE LA DIRECCI\u00d3N DE CATASTRO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El gobierno municipal que encabeza Juanita Alonso Marrufo, brinda certeza jur\u00eddica a la comunidad en cuanto a sus predios y las modificaciones que deseen llevar a cabo, esto a trav\u00e9s de las funciones delegadas a la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este sentido la directora de Catastro Municipal, Patricia Carde\u00f1a Mart\u00ednez, explic\u00f3 que la instancia a su cargo tiene como funci\u00f3n administrar los datos de la tierra y lo que sucede con ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explic\u00f3 que Castro Municipal, tiene a su cargo la responsabilidad de estar en constante an\u00e1lisis de lo que acontece con la tierra, toda vez que genera aval\u00faos catastrales que es la sumatoria de la valoraci\u00f3n del terreno y la construcci\u00f3n para llegar al resultado final mediante la certificaci\u00f3n y rectificaci\u00f3n de medidas y colindancias del predio en inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De la misma&nbsp; manera indic\u00f3 que la instancia a su cargo tambi\u00e9n realiza los certificados de \u201cNo propiedad\u201d, expide los \u201cN\u00fameros Oficiales de Casa\u201d y tiene a su cargo la responsabilidad de actualizar constantemente las tablas catastrales, alineamientos de predios y mantener la cartograf\u00eda al d\u00eda, lo m\u00e1s cercano a la realidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLo que genera como documento el Catastro municipal, va en consecuencia con cualquier tr\u00e1mite que se desee realizar, como comprar un terreno, donar un terreno, heredarlo, subdividir, construir, grabar el terreno, entre otras modificaciones, que necesariamente inician con la informaci\u00f3n que se tenga en registro ante el Catastro municipal. Incluso los contratos de los servicios b\u00e1sicos, como agua, luz, tel\u00e9fono y servicios de cable e internet, comienzan con la informaci\u00f3n y documentos que emite la instancia.Por \u00faltimo, Carde\u00f1a Mart\u00ednez, resalt\u00f3 que a\u00fan cuando la instancia no es de las m\u00e1s populares como podr\u00edan ser las otras dependencias regulatorias municipales, lo cierto es que es importante que la ciudadan\u00eda acuda a este lugar para verificar y mantener la informaci\u00f3n de su predio al d\u00eda, a fin de generar una certeza jur\u00eddica y que tengan la
