{"id":98096,"date":"2021-11-21T09:49:57","date_gmt":"2021-11-21T14:49:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/?p=98096"},"modified":"2021-11-21T09:49:58","modified_gmt":"2021-11-21T14:49:58","slug":"gobierno-de-bj-promueve-la-salud-con-reto-bailalo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elcuartopoder.com.mx\/nw\/entretenimiento\/deportes\/gobierno-de-bj-promueve-la-salud-con-reto-bailalo\/","title":{"rendered":"GOBIERNO DE BJ PROMUEVE LA SALUD CON \u2018RETO B\u00c1ILALO\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el objetivo de promover la activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y los buenos h\u00e1bitos para una mejor salud, el Ayuntamiento de Benito Ju\u00e1rez a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Municipal del Deporte (IMD), inaugur\u00f3 el programa deportivo \u201cReto B\u00e1ilalo\u201d, en la que participan 40 escuelas y clubes de bailes deportivos de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al encabezar una \u201cM\u00e1ster Class\u201d de baile deportivo en la Explanada del Parque \u201cLas Palapas\u201d, la Presidente Municipal Mara Lezama Espinosa coment\u00f3 la importancia de mantener buenos h\u00e1bitos y cuidar la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEste es un gran reto en pro de la salud,&nbsp; la pandemia nos dej\u00f3 importantes ense\u00f1anzas, una de ellas es que debemos llevar una vida saludable. Desde el gobierno promovemos este tipo de acciones para que los y las benitojurenses siempre tengan acceso a la cultura y al deporte\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este programa consiste tambi\u00e9n en un reto que tiene una duraci\u00f3n de tres semanas, en el que 40 escuelas y clubes de bailes deportivos deben integrar un equipo de 20 personas que tienen que someterse a un r\u00e9gimen de entrenamiento y dieta, con apoyo de especialistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premiaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 en tres semanas al finalizar el reto e incluir\u00e1 una cena saludable para todo el equipo, tres meses de gimnasio y 7 mil pesos en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstamos muy contentos por la buena respuesta, vamos a seguir haciendo este tipo de actividades con las diferentes disciplinas deportivas, queremos dejar claro que el deporte es salud y que es el mejor estilo de vida que
